Crucial is a dynamic and multi-segmented chemical manufacturing firm based in Trinidad. Founded in 2016 by Jean-Philippe Pollonais, an Oxford University Master of Chemistry, Crucial aims to disrupt the Caribbean market through the development of innovative products that give better value than our competitors.

At Crucial we cut out the middlemen. Our formulations are developed in-house at our chemical research laboratory. With a vertically integrated manufacturing and distribution chain, we produce the best products for our customers at the lowest possible cost.

Our clients include end user businesses as well as retail outlets and our trademarked brands include Swift, Optimal, Captain’s and Healthy.
